"Great Customer Service Despite a Small Order"
Even though we had a tiny order, the support we got from customer service was fantastic. We had to arrange for a pickup in Toronto and then get it delivered to Victoria, which took a bit of maneuvering. Big shoutout to Kayla for her help!

"So many good things to say about…"
I really can’t express how great the team at TA is! Our sales rep, Bojana, was super helpful, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly went the extra mile to help us find the right appliances for our family’s needs and desires, not just to close a deal. The Store Manager, Chris, was also fantastic to collaborate with, making sure we left as happy customers.

Fast and supportive service. The tracking link came in handy, and the delivery person gave me a ring before showing up. They even assisted me in repositioning the appliance and ensured it was secure before they headed out.

"Encountered a couple of issues"
I ran into a couple of issues. First off, your site had a glitch that prevented me from using my credit card. It mixed up my current MasterCard with an old one. Secondly, I ordered online for pickup at your Victoria St. warehouse. But when I arrived with all my paperwork, they directed me to the showroom to get an invoice. So what's the deal with offering pickup at the warehouse?
